"Programming just hasn’t been doing it for me lately"
I don’t know. I’ve been trying to find something to watch, but the selection feels kind of weak right now. Nothing really jumps out. Maybe it’s just me lately, but the programming hasn’t been great

Support got back to me late, and unless I’m missing something, the issue still isn’t fixed. Maybe I didn’t explain it clearly enough, but I was hoping for a bit more help than what I got

"Buying passes and tickets was really easy"
I bought a pass on hotdocs.ca and then picked up a few individual tickets afterward, and it was way smoother than some other festival ticket sites I’ve used. The site was easy to figure out, my confirmation emails showed up right away, and I didn’t have any trouble getting into the screenings. Always nice when the whole thing just works

"Comfortable place and easy to navigate"
The seats were really comfy, and getting around with a wheelchair was straightforward. No weird or avoidable hassles, which I really appreciated

"Mostly smooth, but why the random loading?"
I’ve used Hot Docs at home a few times now, it’s been easy to deal with. Finding films is simple, the layout doesn’t make me want to give up, and the streams have been solid without randomly cutting out. That said, one movie took forever to load, which was annoying because of course it happens right when I’m actually ready to watch something. But once it finally started, it was fine. Overall, good experience with just a couple little tech hiccups.
